Sending Bitcoin / Trezor Model T / Electrum

Sending Bitcoin / Trezor Model T / Electrum
Hi,
In order to get „coin control“ I just wanted to send some BTC via Electrum instead of the Trezor integrated sending function.
At first I followed the online instructions on Trezor homepage to launch Electrum in connection with my Trezor Model T: https://wiki.trezor.io/Apps:Electrum#Recovering_funds_without_Trezor_device
Then I selected „Send“ and entered the respective parameters in Electrum.
Finally I wanted to sign the transaction and received this message from Electrum:
https://preview.redd.it/eunoigz5v3851.jpg?width=754&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8a2cc52ec2a699953d4e34e84976604b6e4d82fd
The Electrum message says: b'9\x12-\x01\xd7\xc6zTj`J\x05\xe4\xfc\x08\xed\x8b:\xa9\x86KI\x05\xfeT\xa6%\x1e\xfcOh\r'
Besides the transaction didn’t go through on my Trezor Model T; the signing transaction stopped at the position shown on the screenshot. I tried it several times but without any success.
Can somebody please help? Did I make something wrong?
Thanks.
PS: Both the Trezor Model T and Electrum are on the latest version available.
Best regards
Christoph

Now got a Bitcoin Hardware Wallet (Electrum + Trezor), a Lightning Wallet (Spark-wallet) and a new Visa Debit Card with conversion at time of purchase (Coinbase Card). The Bitcoin Ecosystem is evolving slowly but gradually!

Best method of storing a large amount of bitcoin - Using several hardware wallets and splitting up your amount or using your different hardware wallets (trezor, ledger, etc.) in a multisig wallet with electrum?

What do you think the safer option is for storing a larger amount of coins?
Splitting up your coins in different hd walletswould obviously still leave you open to a small chance of manufacturer vunerability but in that case you would still have coins left with the other manufactuer that wasn't exposed.
Would using a multisig setup with different hardware wallets in electrum be better? In this instance both hd wallets would have tobe compromised. Is there possibliy a weakness in having to trust electrum?
Would what you pick in a hardware wallet storage setup?

I'm currently using Electrum and I'm about to move my Bitcoin over to a Trezor wallet. How would I go about taking the Bitcoin Cash off my Electrum?

I'd just like to start off by saying I literally have no clue what I'm doing or how to split the BCC from the BTC. All I know is that I'm going to hodl no matter what.

Windows user: Do you want to handle your bitcoins with Electrum and Trezor? This might interest you

As far as I know there are no available step-by-step tutorials to use Electrum 2.0 beta and Trezor in Windows. I am so interested in seeing this happening! Combining the functionality of Electrum with the security layer provided by Trezor just seems to me the perfect deal.
Meanwhile, here is a tutorial to install Electrum 2.0 beta and the Trezor Plugin in a Ubuntu Live USB:
**Installation of pbkdf2***
-Download site: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-pbkdf2/1.3+20110613.git2a0fb15~ds0-3
-Download link: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/python-pbkdf2_1.3%2B20110613.git2a0fb15%7Eds0.orig.tar.gz
-Decompress on desktop
-Rename folder as pbkdf2
Plug your Trezor in * ./electrum
Check "Restore wallet" and "Hardware wallet" and then Trezor wallet. It should be working now!

Tips on Claiming Bitcoin Cash? (Electrum/Trezor)

Hi Guys, I had BTC on an Electrum wallet prior to the split and subsequently moved my BTC to a Trezor. Additionally, I moved some BTC purchased after the fork into the same Trezor account. How can I claim my Bitcoin Cash? Is this still an option for me?
